Fees

Prices are in Euro.

Early Cat student – 80 EUR (until December 15th)
Late Cat students – 100 EUR
Early Cat regular – 200 EUR (until December 15th)
Late Cat regular – 240 EUR

The participation fee includes the conference program and materials, lunch and coffee breaks and social program.
Please note that the gala dinner is not included in the conference registration price.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received by 24 December 2017, the paid registration fees will be refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. All requests for cancellations, refunds and registration transfers must always be made by e-mail to bobcatsss2018@lu.lv.
